As the owner and operator of Sourcegy™ (sourcegy.app), RH Business Support is respectful of, and committed to protecting, the personal information of all Sourcegy™ users and site visitors. This Privacy Policy is applied uniformly across all RH Business Support services and products and sets forth the terms by which RH Business Support will store and use the data collected via Sourcegy™, specifically addressing:

  1. What information may be collected through the Sourcegy™ web site, how this information may be used, and with whom it may be shared.
  2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
  4. How inaccuracies regarding your information can be corrected.

RH Business Support reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy as needed and in its sole discretion. Sourcegy™ users are therefore advised to periodically review this Privacy Policy for any changes. Your voluntary submission of information via the Sourcegy™ website and/or usage and continued usage of Sourcegy™ constitutes an acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy as explained below.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

RH Business Support will only have access to, and/or collect information from, parties who have visited Sourcegy™ and voluntarily submitted such thereon. RH Business Support will not access, collect, or store any information regarding third parties that is submitted by a Sourcegy™ licensee or user.

RH Business Support warrants that it will not sell or rent any voluntarily submitted information to any third party. Any submitted and collected information will be used to help RH Business Support respond to user and licensee requests, questions, or the like. RH Business Support will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill a specific request.

RH Business Support reserves the right to contact parties who have submitted information on the Sourcegy™ website via email to provide them with information regarding specials, new products or services, or changes to this Privacy Policy. In the event RH Business Support sends a request for additional information, then the reason for the request will be provided at the time of the request.

Customer Data vs. Usage Data

Customer Data refers to all data, information, and/or content uploaded to SOURCEGY by a licensee or user (including where applicable Authorized Users), relating to a licensee/user's Clients, Jobs, and Candidates, including all contact information and personal information relating to each. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer Data does not include Usage Data, defined below. The licensee/user owns all right, title and interest in all Customer Data. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting RH Business Support any rights in Customer Data beyond those expressly provided herein. Licensee/user grants RH Business Support a limited, non-exclusive license to view and use the Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing licensee/user with access to SOURCEGY.

RH Business Support warrants that under no circumstances will it ever use Customer Data in furtherance of any objective besides that of providing licensee/user with access to SOURCEGY. RH Business Support will never use Customer Data for purposes of generating its own leads and/or information regarding potential Clients, Jobs, and Candidates, and will never use any Customer Data for any purpose relating to its own sourcing and staffing services.

Usage Data refers to data and information provided by licensee/user, relating specifically to licensee/user, and generated in connection with licensee/user's registration, access, use and configuration of SOURCEGY and data derived from such. RH Business Support shall be permitted to collect and use Usage Data for its reasonable business purposes and for licensee/user's benefit.

Relationship Vis a Vis Website Visitors, Licensees and Third Parties

This Privacy Policy governs the use of information submitted to RH Business Support by visitors to the Sourcegy™ website and licensees of Sourcegy™ software. RH Business Support has no commercial relationship with, owes no duty to, and does not collect or store information from, any third parties with whom Sourcegy™ licensees collect and obtain information from. Licensees of Sourcegy™ manage the information they collect through Sourcegy™ in accordance with their own privacy policies; therefore any questions or concerns from third parties regarding the collection and use of their submitted information should be directed solely to the specific Sourcegy™ licensee, and not RH Business Support. RH Business Support is not liable for any acts of its licensees deemed improper or unlawful with respect to the use, collection, and/or divulgation of third-party information.

Account Information

In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. To create an account, you must provide a valid email address and password. You will be requested to provide your name and company name to complete your profile after your account has been created. This information is also used to contact you about your account and the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information about yourself, but it is not required.

Ability to Access, Edit and Delete Previously Submitted Information

The following can be accomplished at any time by contacting RH Business Support via the email address or phone number found on our website:

  1. Learn what data has been submitted and collected, if any.
  2. Edit any data/information we have about you.
  3. Have any of your previously collected data and/or information deleted.
  4. Express any concerns you have about the use of your data.
  5. Opt out of any future communications from RH Business Support.

Security

RH Business Support takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever necessary, information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees/contractors who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. Although RH Business Support employs reasonable security measures consistent with industry standards (e.g., antivirus, anti-malware), it makes no guarantee as to the ability of these security measures to prevent malicious attacks from third parties.

Subscriptions

RH Business Support offers Sourcegy™ as software as a service on a subscription basis. To make a payment, you will be required to have a valid credit card or a PayPal account.

RH Business Support accepts payment from third party vendors Stripe and PayPal, thereby ensuring that your financial information is not stored on the Sourcegy™ or RH Business Support websites. Your payment method stored on these third-party platforms will be charged. These third-party vendors will require that you read their privacy policies and agree to their terms and conditions.

Cookies

We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.

This Platform is COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)-compliant and is intended for use by people aged 18 years or greater. RH Business Support does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
